Eligibility
Programs are open to all individuals with an intellectual disability and are designed to increase fitness levels, develop individual and/or team skills and to promote sportsmanship and fair play. Please note that some sports may require good upper body strength and coordination. The minimum age to participate is 12 except for the FUNdamentals of Sport which is for ages 6 - 12.
General Information
Registration for the programs generally begins 1 month prior to the start of each season. With each program an Athlete Registration Form and Athlete Medical Form must be completed and submitted prior to participating in the sport.

A completed Athlete Registration Form and up to date Athlete Medical Form are required from all participants.

Swimming - $105.00 per season
Bowling - $200.00 per season, no other costs
Snow shoeing - $55.00
Skiing - $55.00 (must have own transportation to Sun Peaks)
Powerlifting is $105.00 per season
All other fall sports - $55.00
All spring sports - $55.00
